and implementation of professional nutrient management plans with a focus on soil chemistry, plant physiology,
crop nutrition and environmental sustainability. Agri-Trend has developed an agronomic leadership process.
It is a network of consultants, including agronomists and scientists, each supports each other with their
knowledge and area of expertise. Agri-Trend's role is to enhance the model and support the Agri-Coach Network
as they implement the business strategy. Agri-Trend is providing increased technical support and on-going training
to the Agri-Coaches. The Farm Cliant has access to training and seminars such as The Farm Forum Event, Agri Coach Regional Expo
(ACRE meeting) and field days.

The Strategic Crop Plan is a multi-step process through which we provide agronomic and business leadership to our clients. It includes assessment of management & cultural practices, equipment analysis, livestock operations summary and inventory of all fields. As your Agri-Coach I perform an in-depth analysis of individual fields which includes in-field support. Finally along with year-round agronomic and business coaching, all of the production data is maintained on the award winning MySCP Netware? program.
How much does The Strategic Crop Plan cost?
Every client will end up with a different cost structure. The Strategic Crop Plan pricing is 'menu driven' featuring a combination of annual, field, and optional service fees. I can provide an estimate of your SCP fees which can be broken down to cost per acre along with breakeven analysis.
Each year I provide a Farm Planner which is an overall summary for the farm operation and at the end of the year I do a Farm Summarizer which is an executive summary of crop performance and benefits attributed to The Strategic Crop Plan.
I create work orders that are sent to Agri-Trend. Agri-Trend then generates an invoice that is sent to you. This helps to maintain the quality control and independence of The Strategic Crop Plan process.

The first step in the process is called "The Management Analyzer", where I will sit together with you and will review the goals and objectives for your farming operation. I will review all aspects of our process with you.
All charges will be outlined in black and white in a document called "The SCP Engagement Letter". Once this is signed we move forward with the next step which is called "The Farm Analysis Process". From this point we will develop an agronomic program designed specifically for your farm business.
